East Lancashire Rail will mark its fifteenth year of hosting Thomas the Tank Engine events with visits from the famous engine as part of the Day Out With Thomas Let’s Rock, Let’s Roll Tour.
The team, which earlier this year clinched a fifth straight championship at the Military International Drone Racing Tournament in the UK, won the award for its “exceptional contributions to Defence”, as well as its broader mission.
