American Airlines CEO Robert Isom has criticized the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to set airfare prices after Delta Air Lines recently announced it would be testing the technology on its systems. During a recent earnings call, Isom said that AI pricing could impact customer trust and raise serious data privacy concerns.
