Vodafone, Maroc Telecom ink enterprise services deal

Philippines-base operator Globe Telecom closed the sale of 154 towers to Miescor Infrastructure Development Corporation (MIDC) for PHP 13.5 billion (US$242 million). 

Vodacom reported a dip in profits due to higher energy costs and forex rates which have also affected other operators on the African continent.

The chief executives of Axiata Group, Jio Platforms and Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison expressed great confidence in AI and digitalisation for delivrery of growth for emerging market operators and economies.
