I’m excited about VTG’s current market position in terms of providing high quality, its strong focus on service delivery and on product development, which will ensure its successful long-term future.

“I’m joining a winning team and I’m looking to add value, continually support the company and to bring close communication across all departments. I have stepped in to lead a young and talented team and there are real opportunities for me to share my knowledge, learn new skills and become part of a hugely successful sales and marketing department.”

Marc Hurn added: “Matt has extensive experience in the sales and marketing arena, and this is his first role in the rail freight industry which means he will bring fresh eyes and new ideas. I’m delighted to welcome Matt to VTG Rail UK, he will be an effective and motivating leader within our business.”
