West Yorkshire trains set for three weeks of disruption

For three weeks in March, train services in West Yorkshire will be severely disrupted beacue of work on the Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU).

New Memorial Plaque for Jo Cox

New memorial plaques have been unveiled at Jo Cox’s home station of Batley today.

TRU work will see no trains for 3 weeks from Leeds to Ravensthorpe as of Monday 3 March

From 22nd September until summer 2026, Batley station car park will be closed while it undergoes major upgrade work.
