The Most Notable New Airline Routes This Week

For the bank holiday, most Northern trains will be running as normal; however may be busy.

In common with other train operators, from Sunday, 18th May 2025, Northern will introduce a new timetable for its train services.

40% of WestJet’s Europe-bound MAX flights will now be from Halifax.

The airline plans a record 17 European routes this summer, with 11 being on the MAX.

The aircraft caught fire as it landed due to what appeared to be a landing gear issue, but no one was injured in the incident.

Only minor injuries were sustained.

The Canadian airline will fly to Paris from three Canadian airports next summer.
