The safety-critical engineering project will see a specialist netting system installed on a rock cutting near Ratho on the Glasgow-Edinburgh railway line
Network Rail is reminding passengers of its previous announcements in September and earlier this month that engineering work will cause nine days of disruption on the Hastings line, starting tomorrow (Saturday 24 October).
Passengers are being warned to check before travelling this morning after a signalling fault closed one of the London Overground routes.
