Travel between Asia and Australia is experiencing a significant growth spurt, with Melbourne Airport front and center in attracting major Asian carriers and their widebody aircraft. This month, China Southern Airlines and Juneyao Air will commence new services to Melbourne from Asia, while China Airlines has extended its Taipei – Melbourne service to Auckland.
