£2.7m upgrade for Manchester railway station

Network Rail has announced a £2.7m project at Manchester Oxford Road, which will help passengers as they travel through the city.

Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) is advising passengers who plan to travel through parts of north Cambridgeshire and Norfolk to check their journeys as Network Rail will be carrying out work in the Ely area from October to mid-November.
