The Llangollen and Corwen Railway in Wales is holding an Apprenticeship Open Day on Tuesday 29 July, hoping to attract aspiring heritage railway engineers.
North Yorkshire’s Wensleydale Railway is inviting visitors to “roar into a prehistoric day out” at its Dinosaur Day on Wednesday 5 August from 11am until 3pm.
The Llangollen and Corwen Railway in Denbighshire in North Wales has hailed its contribution to the local Eisteddfod festival as a “resounding success”.
