Network Rail has revealed that its four leaf-clearing trains will remove the fallen foliage from more than ninety thousand miles of track on the Great Western route.
On Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November, the South Devon Railway, which is based at Buckfastleigh, will host its annual Diesel Gala, and promises visitors an “extravaganza”.
