It was very crowded people coming from work and from Australian Open etc. All train movement were halted Wendouree ,Wyndham Vale etc was impacted and coach transfers and Ararat Service was delayed.
I can’t imagine the hassle and stress endured of the people all lining up wanting buy food and drinks from those vending machines and juggling their luggages.
I was sampling the new working time table and after nice comfortable ride on 17:06 which was tabled as loco haul on VN19 I hoped off and met up with the 3 car Velocity.
Was roused from a deep sleep by a phone conversation next from one the two guys that the one seat next to his work mate closer to aisle of the carriage.
