I when to ride the 07:40 Swan Hill loco haul for the day when due to rolling stock shortage not train fault as stated on V/line app it was 3×1 Car VLocity!

I was riding the 19:15 Warrnambool on the 6th Feb 2025 on the newer timetable as VLocitys now are now operating on the daytime service time slots.

The vending machines at Warrnambool were nearly empty and cold drink machine next station office was out of order.

It was very crowded people coming from work and from Australian Open etc. All train movement were halted Wendouree ,Wyndham Vale etc was impacted and coach transfers and Ararat Service was delayed.

Recent happenings on the V/Line system Vlocity and N sets why is this happening?

As result in time the Vlocity will be no more reliable then a badly maintained older train known as the classic fleet the management of v/line.

I can’t imagine the hassle and stress endured of the people all lining up wanting buy food and drinks from those vending machines and juggling their luggages.
