MEMBER for South West Coast Roma Britnell has called for adequate facilities to be made available on replacement services for long-distance V/Line passengers.
A lack of rolling stock and overcrowding was affecting Swan Hill line at 05:40 as it was reduced from Loco Haul to VLocity 3×1 to Bendigo and Bus to Swan Hill 07:40.
