Next March, Turkish Airlines will begin flying between its ever-busy Istanbul Airport hub andLondon Stansted. It will be its sixth UK airport (for now), supplementing its existing services to Heathrow and Gatwick. It is bound to make my jam-packed Weekly Routes celebratory article. Turkish Airlines’ revelation came soon after Royal Air Maroc inaugurated flights to its third London-area airport.
