The Cirrus VK-30 was a groundbreaking aircraft introduced by Cirrus Design Corporation in 1987. Founded by brothers Alan and Dale Klapmeier, Cirrus began its journey with the ambitious goal of creating high-performance, affordable kit planes for amateur builders. The VK-30 was their first major project, and its design was both striking and unconventional.
