TransAsia Airways Flight 235 – A Cabin Crew Perspective

On February 4th, 2015, a ten-month-old ATR 72-600 was preparing for take-off at Taipei Songshan Airport. The domestic service of TransAsia Airways Flight 235 was bound for Kinmen with 53 passengers (49 adults and four children) who were primarily Chinese and Taiwanese. The Chinese passengers were from Xiamen and had just completed a six-day tour of Taiwan. The weather was fine, with just a light breeze.
