The Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway (RH&DR) in Kent, which offers discounts to RailAdvent Plus Gold members, has revealed its plans for marking its one hundredth anniversary in 2027.
From Wednesday 28 October until Sunday 1 November, trains will not run between Redhill in Surrey and Tonbridge in Kent while Network Rail engineers carry out emergency work to prevent a serious landslip.
Network Rail is reminding passengers of its previous announcements in September and earlier this month that engineering work will cause nine days of disruption on the Hastings line, starting tomorrow (Saturday 24 October).
