The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) has ordered Britain first high-speed rail line to reduce its charges to passenger and freight train operating companies.
Passengers on Merseyrail during weekends in January can take advantage of a special offer that allows unlimited travel for a fraction of the normal fare.
