A war of words is reaching boiling point between the NSW government and rail union, with Sydneysiders hoping to catch a train on Saturday warned of up to 40 per cent of services being cancelled or delayed.
Major industrial action which threatened to shut down Sydney’s rail network over the weekend has been called off after the state government and rail union successfully negotiated an impasse.
