Australian voter sentiment changing for Victoria and NSW

As part of our key target seat tracking, we’ll also be closely monitoring other critical diagnostic indicators – key measures political parties use to gauge the public’s appetite for change.

One such indicator is national sentiment: is the country on the right track or the wrong track? Today, News Limited papers published the first benchmark on this crucial RedBridge and Accent Research measure.

The results are segmented into a range of different groups, from incomes, perceived personal financial stress, gender, class and of course state. Here is one small insight.

The big take out for me is what these numbers look like in the swing states of NSW and Victoria.
