The stakeholders involved in commercial aviation are numerous. Two of them, however, are the first to come to mind: airlines and airports. Indeed, airlines could not fly their passengers worldwide without the appropriate land infrastructure. On the other hand, airports would only be vast deserted areas without air carriers.
