New trains for mountain railway

New rolling stock is being delivered this week for the Grütschalp-Mürren adhesion section of the Lauterbrunnen-Mürren mountain rail- and cableway.

Preston to Colne trains set to begin trial this April

To help older and disabled people when they use trains, Northern is running a trial to give them greater confidence when they use the rail network.

Thanks to a collaboration between the Rail Delivery Group (RDG), industry partners, and Valtech, the National Rail website has been upgraded.
