BothAirbus A350 variants (the A350-900 and A350-1000) are among the steepest-climbing aircraft in their class. The aircraft’s rate of climb is typically similar to that of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner (depending on configuration) and a little better than the A330neo. It is much better than the A380, although that is something of an outlier. Additionally, the A350-900 and 787-8/787-9 routinely cruise higher than their widebody rivals, particularly on long-haul flights.
