In what will be just one of 1000’s of heartbreaking images across Victoria’s fire ravaged areas, those who care for the environment and their livestock will be out dealing with the after effects of a poorly managed plan to reduce fire risks.
Not only have farmers had to deal with drought recently and the invasion of their farms by government policy hell bent on turning valuable farmland into solar installations, their ability to rely on a government to properly reduce fuel load and therefore the risk of large out of control fires has also been taken way.
Does anything actually work anymore in Victoria? We have the highest level of public servants under this government in the history of the state yet we get less and less every year. Something must change at the next State Election.
Shame on you Jacinta Allan for wasting $776 million on an Aboriginal Treaty that will not assist those true aboriginals in the state, it will only put money in the hands of grifters. You even put the ordinary Victorian ahead of those grifters who present for health care at our hospitals. We did not subscribe as Victorian’s for the huge amount of money you have wasted on unnecessary projects whilst those who feed us, our farmers, are faced with your destructive turmoil each and every day.

Everyone knows Jacinta Allan’s Aboriginal treaty will do zero to help true indigenous people, except those who now choose to identify as Aboriginal for all the government perks. Meanwhile, Victoria is burning after Jacinta Allan starved the CFA of crucial funding.
It also seems clear you have cut funding to the primary industries who manage fire threats and undertake back burning of undergrowth.
Had you given our fire fighters what they need instead giving our borrowed and taxpayer money to white Aboriginals they could have saved property and livestock. You failed big time.
You should resign Monday morning.
Over $400 million and counting with estimates of over $800 million being reached for “servicing” the Aboriginal treaty in the next couple of years! How much firefighting equipment could that have bought?
The most heart breaking story I have ever had to write.
Look at that poor animal ! Although it’s only an animal, it’s another life lost due to Labor! Maybe they should take Jacinta with them,to see the burnt animals suffering and the farmers having to shoot them ! Shame on you Jacinta and all the Labor freeloaders ! Resign & go away !
And even in this picture police resources are being wasted. Why does a farmer need a police escort to do this already incredibly hard job which largely came about as a result of government incompetence?
Mismanagement of this fiasco is just being polite. We are at generational debt levels and small business is dead. We need change desperately. Anything is better than this party.
