The Royal Air Force (RAF) F-35B fighter jet had a near miss with a drone flying at an illegal altitude over Norfolk in England. According to a report by the Daily Mail, the F-35B came within 300 feet of the drone as the fighter jet zoomed by at 290 mph. F-35Bs are the most advanced aircraft in service in the RAF. The revelation of the incident comes a couple of days after footage emerged of a propeller-driven Yak-52 monoplane machine gunning down Russian drones in Ukraine like it’s 1945.
