It is always exciting to find unusually long flights on aircraft that do not often operate at that length. The latest example I have discovered is within Europe on the Dash 8-Q400, a type famed for its fast climbing ability and jet-like speed. It is operated by Malta’s Universal Air, which has just started scheduled flights.
