California Lawmakers Consider Banning Paid Security Clearance Program Clear

The California State Senate has held its initial hearing regarding the introduction of a new law that would see private companies providing fast-track security memberships based on biometric identification via airport kiosks pay for their own dedicated TSA security staff. Should this be made law, it could be implemented in nine airports across the state.
