The charges are staggering. Ryan had preyed on over 450 women, secretly recording about 5000 videos in hospital restrooms, and facing more than 500 counts related to child abuse material.
Prosecutors argued that bail was completely inappropriate given the magnitude and scale of the alleged crimes. Elliott however, embodying a culture of indulgent leniency, overruled them.
He offered Cho a negligible bail package, leaving him free to walk the streets. The conclusion for every woman in Victoria is inescapable… you are not safe, and the justice system doesn’t care about your security.
Elliott’s sympathy lies not with the countless women whose privacy was violated, nor with the betrayed healthcare community, but with the perverted degenerate criminal whose comfort and freedom is apparently the top priority.
The justice system is morally bankrupt, corrupted by an ideological rot.
Judges like Elliott deliberately relegate public safety to an afterthought. Courts have been hijacked by the radical edicts of these judicial activists, who coldly release predators with a callous disregard for their victims and for society.
