I wrote recently about judges in Australia being immune from accountability for their decisions. Here is yet another case.
This is Michael Allen, a judge in the NSW Magistrates Court. In January, he chose to unleash a violent Aboriginal predator (yes, his race matters) with a history of assaults, stalking, and endless AVO breaches back onto the streets. Why?
Because prison, in the judge’s woke and warped worldview, was too “trauma-inducing” for this predator because of “cultural considerations.” Two months later, that same predator murdered an innocent 19-year-old girl, Audrey Griffin. He dumped Audrey’s dead body in a nearby creek.
The killer was arrested and a few days later, found dead in his jail cell.. he had taken the coward’s way out. No trial. No justice.
NSW Corrective Services issued condolences to “Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people affected,” as if the average Aboriginal person was supposed to be upset that the murderer killed himself.
And the judge? Faced nothing. No questions. No accountability. No consequences. Nothing.
He sits on the bench today like a smug little king while Audrey rots in the ground.
This is the result of a woke judiciary where the feelings of violent thugs are more important than the lives of innocent people.
