The low-cost carrier will operate a seasonal Brisbane–Queenstown service from June–October next year, alongside new daily flights from Hamilton–Christchurch starting 1 December 2025, and will add around 500,000 annual seats on popular trans-Tasman and NZ domestic routes.

We didn’t get a chance to report on this news as it was happening but some of you MAY be aware of the coffee drama that took place with British Airways and its employees earlier in September. The oneworld alliance member had introduced a policy instructing employees to only drink water “discreetly” in public while wearing their uniform – effectively banning all other beverages.
