The major Brazilian contractor and planemaker, Embraer, signed an agreement in December with the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) to deepen collaborative studies aimed at expanding the capabilities of Embraer’s new C-390 Millenium aircraft. The agreement will seek to expand the new aircraft’s role for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions. The C-390 Millennium can already fill various roles, including transport (including VIP, troop, and cargo) and aerial refueling.
