The Boeing 747 and Airbus A380 are the two largest commercial jets ever built and also among the most beloved aircraft in history. The two double-decker planes have become pivotal parts of global long-haul travel and will continue to grace our skies for many years to come. However, both aircraft programs have been formally shut down by their respective manufacturers, meaning they are no longer in production.
