Typically, airports in Florida experience some of their highest passenger numbers during January, February, and March. Florida is a major leisure destination, and during those three months, the state offers some of the country’s best weather along with sandy beaches stretching along both the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. With the summer in Florida being far too hot and November and December typically being times when people see family and do not go on vacation, this period is often the sweet spot of Florida travel.
