Judge Orders Air Canada To Pay Over $10 Million Due To Falsely Advertised Ticket Prices

Air Canada has been ordered by the Quebec Court of Appeal to pay over $10 million in damages for allegedly charging passengers more for their tickets than advertised. The airline faces a class-action lawsuit brought forward by a consumer advocacy group and a passenger about 15 years ago.
