Heritage railway anniversary celebrations to echo to sound of historic horn being blown

A horn believed to have been blown to mark the departure of the first train from Swanage will sound again at Swanage station on Saturday, 17th May.

On 3rd and 4th January, the Swanage Railway is holding a ‘Winter Warm Up’ steam and diesel weekend as the first event of its 50th anniversary.
