Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) has this week submitted to Bury Council plans for a new pedestrian bridge as part of what it calls the “transformation” of Bury Interchange.
Thanks to a funding boost of £2.5 billion, Greater Manchester is set to be the UK’s first fully integrated, zero-emission public transport system by 2030.
