Daytime scheduled passenger flights from the US to Europe are rare. Using OAG data to analyze every planned service this northern summer shows that just one in every 90 takeoffs (1.1%) will be timed like this. The list includes two new additions aboard the Airbus A380, the first time the superjumbo has operated such flights. However, blink and you’ll miss them.
