US airlines are returning to Japan in droves. United Airlines and American Airlines have recently announced additional Japanese services, with United launching Guam-Tokyo and American New York-Tokyo this summer. By July 2024, the market between the US and Japan will be restored to almost all of its pre-pandemic capacity.
