Vodafone Idea dealt new blow as DoT drops AGR dues waiver plan

India’s Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has reportedly dropped a plan to waive adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues of telcos, which is especially bad news for financially struggling telco Vodafone Idea.
