While various companies in the world make fighter jets, drill down into the supply chain and one will find that there are only two companies outside of China and Russia making ejector seats. These are British defense contractor Martin-Baker and American defense contractor Collins Aerospace. This means that all non-Russian/Soviet and non-Chinese fighter jets in the world are equipped with either Martin Baker or Collins Aerospace ejector seats. Not only American and British fighter jets but also Swedish, French, Japanese, Korean, Turkish, Israeli, Pakistani, Indian, and even some Chinese fighter jets have ejector seats from Martin-Baker. Meanwhile, Russia’s attack Ka-52 ‘Alligator’ helicopter is the only helicopter equipped with ejection seats.
