After delays attributed to structural concerns in August 2024 and issues with GE9X engines at the end of 2022, Emirates’ commitment to the Boeing 777X program remains strong, with deliveries set to begin next year. The 777X program includes two variants: the 777-8 and 777-9, with the latter expected to enter service in 2026.
