Tradition: Greek Airlines Fly Holy Light From Jerusalem To 16 Destinations On Easter Saturday

Greek airlines have operated several special flights to transport the Holy Light, a sacred symbol in the Greek Orthodox tradition. As occurs on Easter Saturday every year, the Holy Light was flown from Jerusalem to Athens and then to several regions throughout Greece.
