Trump Force One Touches Down In Greenland

On Tuesday, January 7th, Donald Trump’s famous private jet, a Boeing 757-200 that has been designated as Trump Force One, landed at Nuuk International Airport (GOH) in Nuuk, Greenland. The aircraft was reportedly carrying Donald Trump’s oldest son, Donald Trump Jr. This visit comes after comments made by President-elect Donald Trump earlier this week, when he stated that the United States should own the arctic territory of Greenland. Currently, Greenland is an autonomous territory that is a part of Denmark. However, President-elect Donald Trump’s comments have led to speculation that the future administration of the United States may look to take ownership of the Danish territory in the future.
