The Boeing B-29 Superfortress is undeniably one of the most iconic aircraft of the WWI, with its four-engine configuration and unique cockpit design. As the aircraft that delivered the nuclear weapons “Little Boy” and “Fat Man” on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which remain the only two times nuclear bombs have ever been deployed in combat, it is impossible to argue that the B-29 did not play a crucial role during this period.
