Today’s business class airline passengers expect the premium experience to start from the moment they walk into the airport, or even earlier if your airline has a chauffeur drive from home offering. The airport lounge is a key part of that premium experience, and now passengers are expected to arrive at airports earlier, it is becoming an even more important marketing tool for airlines.

Delta Air Lines will soon end flights on its highest-capacity equipment: the 339-seat Airbus A350. These airframes have 30 business class seats (2-2-2), along with 63 with extra legroom seats (3-3-3). And then there are 246 seats in the main cabin (also 3-3-3). Only its ex-LATAM aircraft had this configuration.
