Could North Korea Offer Air Force Support To Russia In Ukraine?

There are growing reports that North Korea may be sending a division-sized force to aid Russia in its invasion of Ukraine. While this is, as yet, unconfirmed by US intelligence sources, it would mark a major escalation in the war that has been raging for more than 2.5 years. But could North Korea send any fighter jets or other air force support to aid the poorly-performing Russian Air Force that has failed to secure air superiority over Ukraine ( and which may now be down 25%)?
