The Department for Transport (DfT) has today (Thursday 9 April) published a report showing that the most popular reason for passengers to travel by train is for leisure.
Wandsworth Council’s Cabinet has agreed investment that will include and upgrade to Wandsworth Town station, including an accessible second entrance and lifts to platforms.
The plans to build the new £96m Liverpool Baltic station are set to be approved.
