The Rollingstock changes to Swan Hill Service from V/Line top management is now in writing

Now in writing V/Line top management is making changes to rolling stock to the commuter urban rail units.

The Border Rail Action Group has called for the introduction of extra carriages on north-east line trains.

This is by no means the first time V/Line has suffered such an incident on the Network.
