I was sampling the new working time table and after nice comfortable ride on 17:06 which was tabled as loco haul on VN19 I hoped off and met up with the 3 car Velocity.

I am curious to know if this is so called seemly deliberate act cutting of maintenance funds for older rolling stock maintenance is a stealth tactic.

I will say it was terribly cramped on board and passengers who are taller and broader in stature may have problems with tightly spaced seating areas.

On Friday, September 6, Warrnambool local Wayne Cogan exited the train at his home town to discover his $3,800 e-bike was given to a passenger who got off at another station.
