Arcep renews Airtel Chad’s licence, with added QoS requirements

Chad’s telecoms regulator, Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et de la Poste (Arcep), has renewed the licence of telco Airtel Chad with some new specifications and stronger QoS requirements.

It looks like SIM card registration in Ghana, supposedly over and done by May 2023, isn’t over yet, at least according to Ghana’s Minister-Designate for Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation, Sam Nartey George.
